Everyone has a basic meatloaf recipe. Chances are, it includes ground beef, eggs, onions and breadcrumbs, the ingredients most commonly used to make the dish. Meatloaf is very easy to prepare on a rushed weeknight; its appeal lies in its simplicity. But simple recipes don’t have to be boring – there are plenty of ways to spice up an old favorite.
