Summer is Here, Bring On the Ice Cream!

The coats and jackets have been put away and the sun is brightly shining, which means it’s that time again.  Time to watch the kids chase down the ice cream truck, while kicking up your feet in a lawn chair, enjoying that summer sun and eating your favorite icy cold treat.

Before you join the kids and order a Screwball, you should know that there are plenty of easy ice cream recipes you can make in the comfort of your own home that are rich in flavor and even some that might even be low in fat.
