Recipes for the Sweet Tooth

I am now into my second week of pastry school, and surprisingly I think it might be helping to curb my sweet tooth (that would be quite a feat, but you never know). But I still love to bake, even when I’m not at school mixing up pastry creams and French tart doughs. RecipeLion has a ton of great dessert recipes, from cakes and pies to brownies, cookies and candies, we have it all. So whether you’re a novice baker who is used to reading off the side of the Betty Crocker cake mix (and there’s nothing wrong with that!) or a seasoned baking expert rolling out your own pie dough, we have something for you. Below are just a few of the many dessert recipes on the site. Be sure to head over to RecipeLion for more delicious goodies!
A Very Special Brown Betty – After a crisp autum day of apple picking, this sweet-and-tart brown betty is the perfect recipe to put those apples to good use.
Lulu’s Almost Famous Cheesecake Brownies – Use a packaged brownie mix (or make your own) and add a delicious cream cheese swirl.
Angel Food Ice Cream Cake – This quick and easy ice cream cake will take you back to your childhood. This is a great no-bake dessert that can be thrown together in minutes and toted off to a picnic or summer pool party. All ages will love it.
