No Bake Dessert Recipes Perfect For Summertime Cravings

When it’s too hot outside to turn on the oven, or you simply don’t want to bake and you still want to make a dessert, you have better options than instant pudding.

There are  plenty of no bake dessert recipes out there that you can make a delicious dessert with no bake time, what a steal!

For some easy no bake dessert recipes, try these:

No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake: Pumpkin and tofu come together for this original no-bake delight.   The only appliances you have to use are your stove top and refrigerator.

Chocolate Overload Ice Cream Pie: This quick and easy no-bake pie is sure to be a crowd pleaser. After all, who doesn’t love chocolate? This no-fail recipe can be thrown together in minutes and can refrigerated overnight to be ready for a party or potluck the next day.

Easy No-Bake Cheesecake:  Make a classic cheesecake without even turning on the oven. This recipe is easy and will be ready in no time! Play around with the topping and add nuts, fresh fruit or hot fudge.

Coconut No Bake Cookies:  Coconut lovers, rejoice!  Finally, there’s a recipe for mouthwatering coconut cookies, no baking required. Hallelujah! You can make ‘em fast and share them with your friends and family.
