Lasagna, Reinvented

Take a look at your favorite lasagna recipe – it’s probably loaded with greasy beef and cheese sandwiched between layers of white flour noodles and canned tomato sauce. Which is not to say that there’s anything wrong with that; I love my comfort food as much as the next person, but I also like recipes that take risks. With this in mind, I found 8 of our most interesting lasagna recipes, among them spinach lasagna, zucchini lasagna, vegan lasagna, and chicken lasagna.
