Fall is underway, which means warm, hearty meals are making their way into your menu planners. Soups, stews and meat dishes are all great things to cozy up to this season. Apples are another great ingredient for fall. There are so many varieties that can be found in the grocery store and at the farmer’s market, and if you’re lucky, you may even have a nearby tree where you can pick your own. Try apples in a savory preparation like applesauce meatballs or apple cider pork.
