Your picture for the Rhubarb is Incorrect. Some varieties of rhubarb ARE red; (and the other ones are green).
However – it is Chard in your photo. If someone were to transpose these ingredients, they would end up with some very unusual dishes!

The picture is not rhubarb, looks more swiss chard. I love rhubarb, but takes too much sugar. Thanks for the recipes – they do look good.

That is NOT Rhubarb in the picture, it is chard! You could really have some dandy strange dessert recipes with what is shown!
