Mom can we have Chicken Fingers and Fries?

Yes they can if you can follow these techniques. You will provide your kids with a low fat; low sodium and flavorful experience while at the same time satisfy the pickiest of kids. I have three kids and it works every time.

Sprinkle chicken tenderloins with Skinny Jim’s Blends Original seasoning. Place the tenderloins on the grill and rotate to cook evenly every 2 minutes until fully cooked to the proper internal temperature.

Fire up the toaster oven or make an aluminum foil pocket to place on the grill to cook the French fries oil free.

After the chicken tenderloins are cooked remove them from the grill and let them rest to cool.

When the French fries are finished, remove them from the heat and sprinkle them with Skinny Jim’s Original blend.

To make things more interesting and fun, you can warm up some tortillas, shred some lettuce, dice some tomatoes and let the kids put together their own tortilla wraps.

I have also diced the chicken tenderloins into cubes after cooking and laid out a Mexican hard taco assembly line for them to get involved.
