Gooey, Sticky, and Oh, So Good!

This past weekend, our next-door neighbors had a bonfire and invited us to join them.  We knew it would be a risk keeping my 2 1/2-year-old son up later than normal, but since it was a Saturday night, we decided to go for it.  Well, it was so worth it when I got to see his face as he had his first taste of fire-roasted marshmallow!  He was so cute, his eyes open extra-wide as he savored the gooey, sticky sweetness.  Of course, mini-Monk that he is, the first thing he said when he was done was, “Mommy, I need to wash my hands.”  Priceless!
